I was wondering if any of you are musicians? What do you play? Do you play in bands, or alone? Professionally or just for you? Do you have any recordings of yourself (or videos?) that you could share? What do you like about playing music, what keeps you coming back to it?

Here's a quick and dirty video I made tonight of myself playing Calliope House/Cowboy Jig from Alasdair Fraser's album The Road North. I learned this piece at my parents encouragement when I was 12. I spent hours in their room (with the awesome sound system) with this track cranked up as loud as I could stand learning this piece.
