Right now, the dining room, which is where the laptop and all my craft stuff is. It's...uh...a mess and I should be cleaning it instead of being here. x_x
2) Least Favorite Chore
This is going to sound stupid but OMG I hate grocery shopping. All the planning, and then I pick a neat recipe to try and for sure they're NOT going to have one of the ingredients I need at the store and just the whole process. I love eating, I like cooking, I just hate the grocery shopping thing.
3) Strange Fact
Go ahead and make the Red Vs Blue joke now: I drive manual transmissions and I really can't deal with automatics. My left foot doesn't know what to do!!!
1. Your favorite room in your home/apt and why. My bedroom. I live at home and its the only place that is mine. 2. Your least favorite chore. Cleaning the bathroom sink. There is always a bunch of stuff on it and its a pain to take it all off to clean. I hate cleaning my bedroom for similar reasons. 3. One strange fact about yourself. Not so much strange as random, but I absolutely can't stand dishes etc. in the sink. Makes me insane.
I have a similar dislike of dishes in the sink, at least until all available counter space is full. My dad was always really anal about that growing up, and it'd definitely transferred.
Oh! One thing. I don't drive, and have no plans to learn; aside from the hassle of cabbing home large purchases, I like walking and taking public transit. It does make me feel like Less Of An Adult tho.
1. my room! because...it's my room? and doesn't smell like dogs. and my bed is v comfy. and i have my fan, too. 2. DISHES, UGH. i have to wash by hand. 3. i have a freckle on the palm of my right hand.
1. My bedroom. For various reasons, my partner and I can't sleep in the same room, so I have room of my own. It's nice to be able to set up a space just the way I like it.
2. Um...all of them? If I had to pick one, it'd be cleaning the bathtub. Or maybe vacuuming the stairs.
3. I once had to flee a country that was in the middle of a revolution. I was a teenager in the mid-70s and my dad worked in Iran. We ended up leaving a few months before the government fell--about a year before the hostages were taken at the US Embassy.
My apartment is a studio so no favorite room but since I just moved out of my parents house (FINALLY) my favorite thing is that it's ALL MINE! And I can do whatever I want without my parents looking over my shoulder.
2) Your least favorite chore.
Cleaning the bathroom ... especially the shower
3) One strange fact about yourself.
If I don't have to be somewhere (work / family obligation or the rare social outing that I choose to go to) I'm perfectly content to be on my own at my apartment.
I seriously cannot wait for the day that I can afford to move out and do what I want without anyone wanting to know what I'm doing or having anyone in my business.
1) Since we are living here temporarily, I like the bedroom best, because anywhere I can safely and cheerfully sleep, especially with the five cats, is pretty much better than most other places.
2) Eh, I don't usually like stuff that other people messed up--my own mess is fine, but other people's bathroom mess or dishes or whatever often bugs me.
3) I got electrocuted a few years back and it changed me completely, some ways better, some ways worse.
Ugh I haaate cleaning up after other people. Makes me crazy and yet I do it like all the time because I hate seeing dirty dishes sitting out. Especially since we have a dishwasher and its not all that hard to put dishes in a dishwasher.
1) Your favorite room in your home/apt and why. I live in a shitty college apartment that's totally falling apart, and my roomie and I aren't exactly an ideal match, so i'm going to have to go with my bedroom, since it's the only place I can stand to be for more than an hour.
2) Your least favorite chore. Cleaning the bathroom.
3) One strange fact about yourself. my alarm in the morning in the sound of church bells - everyone should try it, it's a really soothing way to start the day.
My phone has a church bells alarm that I tried once. On my honeymoon. When we had a train to catch. We slept through it and missed our train. Won't be trying that one again ;)
1) My favorite room is whichever room ends up being the cleanest. My house is a constant battle between my desire for cleanliness and order, my laziness or busyness about keeping it that way, and my husband's tendency to leave things everywhere.
2) I HATE HATE HATE taking out the compost. ICKY. I also suck at laundry. I don't; particularly hate it, though I don't prefer it. And I especially don't like putting it away. But I always forget about it. Like... leave it in the washing machine for DAYS. And it gets stinky, and icky. I don't like icky.
3) My go to strange fact is always that I have a dent in my left thigh. It's from just after I was born. My mother had an infection, so in order to assure that I was ok, they gave me a shot. It scared and there is a little dent, about the size of a quarter and maybe a quarter inch deep where no hair grows.
I don't mind doing laundry I just really hate folding it and putting it away. The basket in my bedroom tends to get fairly full until its full enough that it starts to bug me and I have to put it away.
1) My favorite room is the living room. Big, open, and has the tv. :D 2) I hate ant control, but living in this city, it's a daily must. 3) I've lived in three different countries, but I'm only fully fluent in English. :(
My favourite room is the living room because it has my couch in it, which is most awesome couch in the world, and it's the only room with a fire.
Cleaning mildew off the bathroom walls is the worst chore.
When I was a kid I preferred watching the open university science and maths shows to saturday morning cartoons. I had no idea what they were talking about, I just really liked watching them draw graphs and equations.

Mine would be my office in my apartment. That is where the computer and internets are... as well as Sims 3/WoW. <--so lame.
2)Least favorite chore:
Cleaning glass/dusting
3)Strange fact:
If there is numbered volume on radio, tv, or whatever, it has to be a multiple of five or an even number.

2) Your least favorite chore.
Cleaning the toilet, as I don't live alone.
3) One strange fact about yourself.
I sometimes blow on cold food. Whoops.

I did eventually tire of the loft bed, though, after I drunkenly fell down the ladder for the fourth time.
