Also I've worked a fair amount of brunch shifts and my main feeling, aside from FUCK YOUR BOULANGERIE BASKET (they take, like, an infinite time to assemble, esp when everything else is going tits over pinapple) is hollandaise sauce kind of grosses me out. Like, the eggs benedict looks great, esp the salmon one we do, and then the hollandaise sauce goes on and I am all ohhhhhhhh nooooooo.
