My Saturday September 14th...

 

My day started with a run in the park nearby

After my run I sat down to look at my email and LJ, AFTER putting blue hair dye in to freshen up my blue streaks!

I always wanted to try blue in my hair, but never got the chance.

Never too late! Or are you restricted by your job? Things like blue hair are becoming A LOT more acceptable.

I'm not restricted by my job, but I want to maintain a professional appearance. Plus, I would need to maintain it and I'm just not up for dying my hair like I used to. haha.

Maintenance is a bit of a pain. I need to refresh the color every two or so weeks to keep it looking sharp.

Absolutely! I know red fades fast, but not sure about those other colors. I used to dye my hair red and man... I swear I had to do it more than the natural blond or brown!

"natural' red fades pretty fast. Primary red fades sort of fast, but not as fast as others. Blue and green probably fade the fastest, followed by purple, then red and pink and orange. I've never done yellow, so I can't speak to that one.

Yea, I've done many shades of red. Hahaha. Everything from bright red to dark red to orange. I love it! Had purple once and it was ridiculously fast on fading, but never did green, blue, or actual yellow.
