I do to an extent, but I'm expected to do more than I really know how to.

Best thing to happen to you while on the job?
I got a compliment on my designs and got a raise.

Worst thing to happen to you while on the job?
Printed an old version of something and had to get it reprinted at our cost b/c of my mistake. Felt pretty terrible.

Ah mistakes happen. Just see it as a learning experience and shrug it off. :) (Easier to say than to do I know).
