So, what pets do you have? How long have you had them? Where did you get them? PICTURES?! Ect~


Also, within pets I include all animals! My best friend would never refer to her horse as a 'pet' but he is her pride and joy all the same. :)

Just Dash

I've had Daisukii for about 5 or 6 years, and Dash for 3 or so. Daisukii i took in from a friend who couldn't have her, and Dash was my first official pet just for me. Daisukii hates Dash, but Dash loves Daisukii :D

First up is my 13 year old cat Morgan~ We rescued her from a shelter three years ago. We say she is 13 but that is an estimate and we're not sure. She was skin and bone when she came home as she had litter after litter on the streets but is doing well now. She thinks she is a kitten and is more than a little bit mental. She sneaks up to birds and then stands up so they notice her and fly off. She then looks bemused that she failed to catch one.



Orton~ He lives at my dad's house and is technically not mine but I treat him as if he is when I am there. He is only 25 weeks old. ♥



My pride and joy is my 21 week old Lhasa Apso puppy called Nico. I'm so proud I set up a blog to talk about our adventures together which needs updating shhh. He is only little and learning so his antics are amusing but he has done wonders for me in the weeks that I have had him. He has really helped big time with my social anxiety and general confidence and happiness in the time that I have had him.

This is Dol. I love her coloring--she has that little white smudge on her left upper lip that I call her beauty mark. At the moment she's sitting in the cat bed I made for her, closing her eyes and being happy. <3 <3 <3

When I lived with my dad, we had two part Siamese kitties that were rescued--brother and sister, Smokey & Mystic (Sounds like Mystique) along with two tabby cats.

Now that I got married, lived in an apartment for awhile, and then bought a house, I brought my cat, Tankerz, and my sister's kitty, Fang, she left at my dad's with us to our new home.

So, basically... there were 4 cats at my dad's and when I got married, I moved out and took mine and my sister's cat to live with me (the two tabbies).

HERE'S PICS!

This is Smokey (11 years old). He has very beautiful big blue eyes, but you can't really tell here.


This is Misty (Mystic) (11 years old). She keeps to herself, but is the queen of my dad's house. We also call her "Miss Piggy" b/c she has two black dots on her nose.


Here's the runt cat who loves to talk--Fang. This was my sister's cat, but when she moved out of her apartment, she stayed at my dad's and never left. This is Tank's buddy, so she came with us. She's about 9 years old.


And last and probably the most affectionate, suck-ass cat I know and my favorite buddy, Tankerz! I love this cat to death. He's 9 years old now.

Max was a shelter rescue when he was a kitten. Aries wandered into the yard as a kitten, the evening we were evacing for a hurricane (Hurricane Bertha I believe), same year we adopted Max, they're roughly the same age.

Morrigan was a semi-feral who adopted us 2.5 years ago. Decided Caenawas her best friend/playmate and moved herself right in.

Caena is a Rescue from Heart of Dixie Akita Rescue, we adopted her at 3.5 months, exactly 4 months after we lost our first Akita, Dante, at 14.5yrs.

Fish I've had for years, the Pleco is easily 5 yrs old, the Gourami (one of two left) is easily 6 yrs old, the Loach is a yr old.

Two dogs. Guster is 8 and Gabby is 5. They're brats but I love them. They mostly like each other. Gabby loves Guster to pieces but she, like all little sisters, drives him kind of crazy sometimes.
