November: FOOD TOPIC

I get to bring you...

Turkey Dinner

November Food Topic: THANKSGIVING!

Yes, it is a time to be thankful and spend time with family and friends, but what makes it even more awesome is all the great food that surrounds us while doing so!

Whether you participate in the holiday or not, tell us:
1) What your favorite Thanksgiving (or Fall) dish and why?
2) How about your least favorite and why?

Right! Sweet potatoes are naturally sweet enough you don't have to put all that on there, it masks the taste. I like it the way it's used in a lot of African or Asian cooking, more savory.

There's a great Vietnamese restaurant I go to once in a while that has a curried chicken soup that's amazing-sweet potatoes, onions, chunks of chicken, various seasonings, and coconut milk, served with a loaf of fresh-baked French bread.

I'm feeling a little weak-kneed, thinking about it. :D
