...I drink a giant organic coffee thing called 'thingie' really by the local coffeeshop, which is sort of a double red-eye, made with all dark coffee, and I put in a ton of organic half-and-half and it lasts all day...I forgot the terms for it since i had gotten electrocuted and spoken speech is often a little iffy for me, so they have been calling it thingie for me for years, and are very kind if I don't recall the right term, if there's a new worker or something...

...I drink a lot of water, and when I am in Europe or on a train I drink tea with milk and sugar, and at home i own a ton of nice organic tea, but seldom drink any: it's like a pastlife memory of "must have tea here for guests", but i never have any guests or tea...! I don't drink soda or any of that yucky chemical stuff...we have a couple of those Fentimen's soda in the house somewhere, but they don't get consumed much...

...and singing: I like singing...

Electrocuted? Whoa, like, on purpose (ECT) or by accident? Sorry if this is too nosy of a question; if so, pass on silently to this:

"Thingie", lol, is that really what it's called on the menu? That's awesome.

I like tea! I have a whole cabinet full. However, I do have a weakness for cheap diner coffee. x_x

The only coffee I drink, honestly, is iced, with LOTS of milk and creamer.

so really, it's coffee flavored milk over ice.}:P

I am, however, a huge Tea drinker. I have close to 100 different Teas. No, I do not have an addiction.}:P

I drink both coffee & tea. Mostly tea at home since I don't have a coffeemaker at the moment (there are a few instant varieties I like, but they have to be ordered online & I keep forgetting) & go to coffee shops for a coffee fix.

I have a ridiculous number of teas in my cupboard right now - my favourite is probably the cinnamon tea (my whole cupboard smells of cinnamon now, it's that strong), though the strawberries & cream one with actual bits of strawberries is a close second). Coffee-wise my heart will forever belong to Starbucks' dark cherry mocha - so disappointed it hasn't been in the redcups selection the past few years.

I drink both coffee and tea.

I would like to be more of a tea snob but I often feel it too expensive to justify, since I don't drink tea every day and when I do it's more of a "utility beverage" - I just want something warm, or whatever - than enjoying the tea for itself. I don't have a proper tea "layout" with a good pot and nice cups and all. I would really like a glass pot so I can use those "blooming flower" teas, but again, kind of a lot of expense to justify when I am the only real tea-drinker in the house.

Coffee, we have an Aeropress in my house, and it's really true, if you follow the directions precisely it can make mediocre coffee into quite good coffee. It does not, IME, make excellent coffee better, though, nor can it make bad coffee very good. We tend to use it kind of wrong (water too hot, wrong proportions) on purpose, though, because the first time we tried it it was so successful at avoiding the bitter properties etc. that our palates hardly registered it as "coffee." So we add some of that back in by purposely screwing up the technique.

Ticky boxes!

Wait, there was a question too. Tea and coffee, tea during the day and coffee in the evening. The amount I drink I'm pretty much immune to caffeine, so I don't get troubled sleep from it. Tea and coffee both with one sugar and lots of milk. :]

I grew up in a house where tea was the main hot drink, so if I'm drinking anything besides water, that's usually what I have. Either the standard Orange Pekoe, or one of a dozen or so herbal and other varieties that I have on hand.

I also drink hot chocolate (with Peppermint Schnapps!) in the winter.

I never make coffee at home, but if I'm out and I want caffeine, I'll get a flavoured latte from Starbucks or Second Cup, or a coffee/hot chocolate mix from Tim Hortons. Not exactly coffee, but tasty.

Coffee is grosssssss. I love tea though. ALL THE TEA. Look at my tea!

That middle shelf is almost entirely tea. And this picture is about 2 years old, when I first moved into my house, and now that space on the left side of the shelf is also taken up by tea.. I HAVE FOUR TEA KETTLES. send help

Green tea with honey and lemon, cold. I could drink gallons of the stuff.

I prefer my coffee strong tasting, but with lots of milk. And cocoa.

I don't really drink coffee unless its in the form of a frappachino. If I do drink it, it has to have a whole lot of stuff in it to make it drinkable so mostly I just don't.

I do drink tea. No particular kind or anything. Mostly I drink it when its cold out and I want something hot. I love iced tea. Especially peach. That is my crack. I'll also drink hot chocolate for something hot. Sometimes I will add peppermint schnapps to it.

If we have pop I will drink that. I'm really trying to not be so bad about that though but its cold now and probably staying that way so I won't drink it as much during fall/winter.

AWw, ty! I love the idea of this community and I'd hate to see it die. I enjoy talking about whatever!

More importantly, how are you?

OH, need to answer the question--
I do not drink coffee or tea, and now I stopped drinking pop every day. I stay away from caffiene if I can b/c it drives my anxiety way up--plus, I don't like coffee or tea. I'll only drink tea when I'm sick or a cappucino once in a very blue moon.

Tea! If I don't get my tea, I get grumpy. And I am a black tea-fan. None of the herbal, flower tea for me please. Assam before lunch and Ceylon, Darjeeling, Oolong and Lapsang after. Occasionally green tea.

I also drink black coffee, but for some reason I don't like filter coffee.

I like coffee best! I used to add sugar and cream, but someone told me if I drank black coffee for a week, I would be able to appreciate it more. So I took up the challenge and pushed myself for a week... low and behold, now I LOVE black coffee! But I'm a bit more picky about the strength than I was before.

I always tried to get into the tea habit, but haven't yet. If I drink it a couple days in a row I start to get really tired of it.

I do drink coffee. I used to drink at least 5 mugs a day, but now I'm fine with just a cup or two. And I can still fall asleep even after having a cup XD Brewed coffee is always preferable, though I'm cool with instant coffee (I don't have my own coffee maker and ordering coffee from cafes every day can be expensive).

I also drink tea, hot or cold (usually drink green tea, lemon, and strawberry).

I am a chai drinker. Love love love love it. I find coffee, especially black coffee, difficult to drink and unpleasant in large doses. Red Bull is very unpleasant.

Volunteering for a discussion post would just involve posting an interesting question and then being present for the feedback, right? Or is here more to it? (I shouldn't have volunteered without asking, but...)

Coffee! Funnily enough, I never used to drink it, but when I first became a barista earlier this year I decided I should train myself to like it - and it worked! Love love love caffeine and had been addicted to energy drinks for years and I do like the taste of coffee - just find it too strong most of the time.

I have half-strength (single shot) coffee, usually a caramel latte or something similar. I'm trying to expand my range and get used to it :p
Sweetners like syrups and chocolate added help!

Not a huge tea fan, but it's growing on me. I like fruity flavoured ones!

Learning to be a barista is totally exciting and I'm loving it, but I'm still not very good :p

I love coffee! I'm too lazy to buy a coffee maker though, so I just pick some up at the RaceTrac near campus before class. It's only $0.69 :3

Tea...I've never been too big on, but I love bubble tea, haha. Taro is my favorite flavor.

I got into drinking tea to help me drink more water. Since that was successful and now I drink a ton of water, I don't drink tea as frequently (and also the fact it stained my teeth somewhat which took a while to reverse). Now I drink coffee everyday at work to get me into the swing of things.
