Chocolate! Or cookies with chocolate in them. But that's not exactly healthy, so I try to eat fruit sometimes instead. Apples or cherries or blueberries.
If I'm being bad, it's chocolate all the way. Oreos are a big one for me. I've also recently come to appreciate Nestle Crunch bars again after years of not eating any because Nestle changed the formula just a tad and I could totally tell the difference :)
If I'm trying to be less bad, I'll go with crackers or dry cereal or steamed vegetables, as I tend not to like vegetables when they're cold.
From day to day: cheese, nachos with just melted cheese and salsa and sour cream and maybe black olives if we have them, chips and hummus, popcorn
Fancy bizness: Hazelnut Petit Ecoliers (which I don't think they make anymore) which have been sitting in the freezer, liberally topped with Redi-Whip, Pocky
