Recent Shows: Flashpoint, Castle, Royal Pains, Alcatraz, The Finder, NCIS, and I just discovered In Plain Sight on Hulu.com (first three seasons are available for Hulu Plus members). And I have a on / off relationship with Fringe...
Older Fan Favorites: Due South, Star Trek, Numb3rs, Firefly, The Sentinel and The X-Files.
TV Show you never miss: FLASHPOINT!
Movie you watch over and over: Star Trek movies 2, 3 and 4
a Great Book: So Long Been Dreaming: Postcolonial Science Fiction & Fantasy, Edited by Nalo Hopkinson and Uppinder Mehan (It's just awesome). Also I recently read Kathy Reichs's first book with Temperance Brennen and found that loved the book version more than the show, and I just read John Scalzi's "Old Man's War" and wondered why I waited so long to read it! Going to have to buy the next book in the series ASAP.
Other things people should know: I'm a liberal, asexual, hard of hearing science fiction geek. I'm not particularly fannish - preferring to stick to discussing my favorite shows and reading the occasional fic.
People should friend me if: We have shows in common! I got lazy about posting my thoughts about shows I was watching but I really like to talk to others about them. Also BOOKS - I love getting recs for new books I should check out.
