smartphone apps
Let's talk..

smartphone apps!
What are your favorite apps you'd recommend to people? How about games? Are you looking for any kind of apps in particular? Share with us!
(I think we can assume people know about standard apps like Facebook and Instagram, unless you know of some non-official app that works better than the official ones!)

But here are my favorite apps and games (I use android but I'd be surprised if any of these aren't available for iphone):
task-oriented
Aldiko (great ebook reader)
ComicRack Free (comic book reader)
Easy Unrar, Unzip & Zip
Fitocracy (need an account at fitocracy.com, which is free, but it makes it easy to track your workouts)
TeslaLED Flashlight (my phone didn't come with a flashlight app so I had to get my own)
Zombies, Run! (this is pay; it turns out I can't stick to running so I don't use it anymore BUT for people who run you might be interested. While you listen, it plays your music interspersed with radio communications about how the zombies are chasing you and you have to runnnnnnn to not be eaten, and other fun stuff :D)
games
100 Doors 2013
100 Doors of Revenge
Can You Escape
Doors & Rooms (I realllllly love escape games! I'm working on these four)
Jewels Saga (so addictive, I just beat the game and needed more gem-related gameage, so..)
Gems Journey (from a different maker, not quuuite as awesome as Jewels Saga but still pretty good and challenging)
other
Goodreads (has a barcode scanner! it's been making it really easy for me to catalog my library)
Pinterest (I'm a casual pinterest-er but their app is pretty easy to use)
