Your name: Debbi Age: 32 Location: Teesside, UK Five things you think are awesome: The internet, the BBC, chocolate, tea, myself. Three major dislikes: The mouse that has been lurking in my kitchen for the past week, the Daily Mail, not being able to think of things to say in friending memes.
Current Fandoms: Probably the only things I'd say as far as fandoms go are Avengers & Doctor Who. This is tricky to answer as I'm not really a fandom person, at least in online terms - I don't read or write fanfic or make graphics or ship people or join communities. There's plenty of stuff I enjoy, & will talk about with people & maybe squee about on my DW or Twitter, but I'm not really a part of a collective group of fans & I don't really do anything beyond thinking it's cool. Things I enjoy & you may or may not see me squee about: Adventure Time, Devil May Cry, Dir en grey, Downton Abbey, Elementary, Nena, Tokio Hotel, Top Gear. Things you like about these fandoms: (ships, characters etc. etc.) IDK how to answer this. Why I like something & what in particular about something is enjoyable depends on what that thing is & what it's supposed to do. I like interesting characters who aren't doormats & that I don't have the urge to punch in the face. I may or may not have a sliiiight Loki obsession.
Movie you are most looking forward to seeing this year:Thor Loki: The Dark World. Also Iron Man 3. Book you are most looking forward to seeing this year: I don't really pay attention to book releases much - I just sort of browse around when I do have the money & I've cleared my to-read list (currently 9 books deep) & see what is around. I think Mitch Benn (an awesome comedian) has written a book & that's coming out this year. TV Show you are most looking forward to seeing this year:DOCTOR WHO 50TH ANNIVERSARY! Also next serious of Downton Abbey. Interested in that The Face thing.
Hobbies Reading, travelling (when I can afford it), faffing around on the computer, baking, watching TV, going to the cinema, following UK politics. Favourite food Chocolate.
What you are looking for in a friend: People I have some things in common with, who are at least reasonably active. Awesome geeky people.
